Can I pick up my ordered goods by myself directly from your Company?

Unfortuantely due to some specific reasons we only allow a pick up through an offical logistic company. If that is the case then of course you can send your logistic partner company to pick up your ordered goods.

How will I be informed about the shipment of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will get an automatic email from your logistic department with tracking details of your order. If you somehow did not receive any email, you can also check in login area under ''my account'' and then ''my orderes''

Is it possible to cancel an order that has already been placed?

If you realised any mistake in your order after confirming the order. We will try our best to help you out. Once order has been packed, it would be difficult to mange any further change.
